Home Inspection by DGP LLC conducts non-intrusive visual inspections for all types of residential properties in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. This Includes either a General Inspection or a Four Point Inspection. Through these inspections, we are able to identify major defects and code violations that can endanger your family. The objective is to provide you with an accurate understanding of the home’s current condition before you move forward with the purchase or sale.

This service requires us to thoroughly look at all home components identified in the contract and in the standards of business practices. After the inspection, we will create a comprehensive and detailed report on our findings and give it to prospective buyers. By making this report, we are able to help you reach a comfortable buying decision.

We offer pre-listing inspection. This can be used as a marketing tool by sellers to point out positive aspects and identify the improvements needed to sell the home effectively.
